Following the success of last year’s meeting, the 2026 update day brings both societies together again for a focused programme of regional anaesthesia education.

The morning will feature short, concise lectures on current topics in regional anaesthesia. The afternoon will move into practical workshops delivered by faculty from ISRA and NIRAS.

Attendees can state on the booking form if there is a particular block they would like to learn or see. Requests will be accommodated where possible, and the workshop programme will also include a free scan station.

Short, focused lectures in the morning, followed by practical regional anaesthesia workshops in the afternoon.

Workshop requests

Registered attendees can request a specific block they would like to learn or see. Requests will be accommodated where possible.

Free scan station

The workshop programme will include a free scan station as part of the afternoon practical teaching.

Social programme

Dinner, accommodation and optional golf

The evening dinner will take place at 18:30 for attendees who booked a dinner place.
Special room rates are available at the hotel; quote ISRA/NIRAS when booking by phone.
A golf event may be organised if there is enough interest. Registered attendees should indicate their interest as previously advised.
