Membership
What is included with ISRA membership?
Reduced fees for ISRA courses and meetings, educational opportunities, grants, event updates and taking part in Society activities. Eligible members can also vote in Council elections and stand for election to the ISRA Council. Full list of benefits
Does ISRA membership include ESRA membership?
Yes. ISRA membership includes linked membership of the European Society of Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Therapy (ESRA). Benefits include access to ESRA Academy, reduced fees for relevant ESRA courses and congresses, journal benefits, eligibility for grants and representation within the wider ESRA community.
How much does membership cost, and when does the year run?
The membership year runs from 1 January to 31 December. Fees are not pro-rated if you join part-way through the year.
Courses and bookings
How do I book an ISRA course or event?
Open the course or event page and use its booking button. Some bookings are managed by ISRA through Ticket Tailor. Joint or partner events may be booked through the partner's website.
What happens if an event is sold out?
The event page will say whether a waiting list is available. If it is open, use the link provided to join it. If it is closed, no further registrations can be accepted unless more places become available.
Are ISRA courses suitable for trainees?
Many are, but the level varies. Foundation Courses are for clinicians developing core regional anaesthesia skills. Intermediate and advanced courses may need previous training or experience. Check the entry requirements on the course page before booking.
Do ISRA courses carry ESRA-DRA workshop points?
Some ISRA courses carry approved ESRA-DRA workshop points. The number and type of points are listed on the course page. Confirm your own examination and workshop requirements with ESRA. About the ESRA-DRA
Where can I find programmes and further event information?
On the event page, where available. Look for buttons such as Download Programme, View Course Information or More Information.
I haven't received a booking or confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder, and check the email address you used to book. Confirmations may come from Ticket Tailor, Smart Messenger or an event partner rather than from ISRA. If it still hasn't arrived, contact ISRA (below) with your name, email address and the event or transaction details.
