Dr Cathy Maher received the Best Regional Anaesthesia Poster award at the 2025 CAI Congress.
Her poster, Ophthalmic blocks in anaesthesia: A survey examining practice, confidence and barriers, examined current practice and perceived barriers relating to ophthalmic blocks in anaesthesia.
A prize of €500 was kindly sponsored by Pajunk.
ISRA congratulates Dr Maher on this achievement and on her contribution to regional anaesthesia research and education.
