Following the exceptional success of last year’s event, we continued our signature two-day regional anaesthesia workshop programme at Congress.

However, to meet unprecedented demand and elevate clinical training, we restructured the event this year to deliver highly targeted, level-specific tracks across two separate days.

The programme was divided into two distinct focus areas: one workshop tailored specifically for entry-level regional anaesthesia practitioners, focusing on foundational ultrasound mechanics and safe needling principles, and a second dedicated workshop for advanced practitioners exploring complex blocks.

Tailored specifically for entry-level regional anaesthesia practitioners, with a focus on foundational ultrasound mechanics and safe needling principles.

Advanced

Complex regional anaesthesia techniques

A dedicated workshop for advanced practitioners, providing focused teaching and practical training in more complex blocks.

Training recognition

Both workshops achieved full independent recognition, with attendees awarded 3 Hands-On Ultrasound Points (HOUP) for each workshop towards their EDRA-DRA examination requirements.
